1. Appointment & Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • A valid contact number and email are required for booking confirmations.

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
     

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
     

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and additional services requested.

  • Promotional discounts (e.g., 15% OFF for new customers) cannot be combined withother offers.
     

4. Service Guarantee & Liability

  • We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 24-hour service guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a touch-up.

  • Riverfront Detailing Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose items, or malfunctioning parts before service.

  • While we take extreme care, we are not liable for damage to vehicles due to aging, worn-out parts, or aftermarket modifications.
     

5. Vehicle Condition & Extra Charges

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazard materials (vomit, mold, etc.) may require additional charges.

  • If a vehicle is excessively dirty, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or declineservice.
     

6. Weather & Mobile Service Policy

  • Mobile services are subject to weather conditions. If inclement weather prevents service, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If a customer does not provide a suitable location (driveway, garage, or covered area) for mobile service, the appointment may be rescheduled.
     

7. Personal Belongings

  • Customers must remove all valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
     

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

  • By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Riverfront Detailing Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
